About Us
Job Summary
Perform technical and administrative activities related to Human Resources processes with a focus on supporting talent acquisition and talent development processes.
Responsibilities
Administer HR processes which include data entry, pulling and analyzing reports, providing information, and ensuring compliance with and explaining guidelines, policies, and procedures. Provide administration for our learning management and performance system (Bridge) and our talent acquisition system (PageUp).
· Provide technical and administrative support to higher level HR staff on special projects, conducting audits, and researching policy and procedure best practices.
· Prepare program information and logistics for events, help market and promote programming, and maintain the HR website, newsletter, and other communications.
· Conduct research on various topics related to the area of assignment and create recommendations for process improvement and best practices.
· Provide information and assistance to internal and external customers. Support hiring managers and search committees as well as candidates for positions at CC.
· Assist candidates and employees with answering questions, explaining rules and regulations, and advising them of the process they need to follow.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in a related field.
